Summer in the French Alps – Luxury Alpine Chalet

The summer in the Abondance Valley area of the French Alps is stunning and is perfect for your summer holidays!

The wonderful weather, magnificent views, walks from the chalet and for the more energetic, mountain biking, white water rafting and climbing are essential summer experiences, with most of the major chairlifts open during the summer to take hikers, sightseers and bikers to the various peaks.

Our luxury alpine chalet is also a great place to visit with families too. There are many family friendly activities just minutes from the chalet, including Abracadabra (a high climbing rope adventure in the trees), Bob-Luge, free tennis, Devil Kart and roller blading, or just messing about by the river with a bucket and spade at the many riverside picnic areas. If you dare, try “Fantasticable” — a 2.5km hair raising zip wire across the valley at around 100 km per hour!!

Not only this, but we are just 30 minutes away from Lake Geneva and all the lake-side activities it offers, including thermal spas, tropical water parks, châteaux and medieval towns, vineyards, beaches, sailing and other water related sports.
